I want to withdraw my pf amount from this given account which had been created by magna infotech

As per instruction was given i have tried online, but i am unable to view from 19&10c.

Getting error: as your establishment is exempted in pf, please submit your withdrawal case to concerned trust.

I tried to connect with them using [protected]@magna.in, employee. [protected]@magna.in.
But no one is responding to the mails, calls even after daily follow up.

Kindly assist me how to withdraw my pf from this account.
