Magzter — Unable to cancel subscription & they did auto renewal without my permission | |||
Dear Sir/madam I have subscribed to magzter magazine one year back and magzter has renewed the subscription without my permission for rs.999. I have made complaints to their help desk as the subscription. They have not responded to my complaints and they have renewed without sending any mails or asking permissions. and they don't given any options to unsubscribe their magazine. i have wrote mails asking for refund and cancellation of my subscription. I see that the auto renewal of your Gold plan is already cancelled and the amount that was charged to your account is voided.
The amount should be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
