Mahagun Group — Maintenance

Respected Sir This is the complaint against our builder (Mahagun) and its maintenance agency (CSK) who are charging us MMC (Monthly maintenance charges) on super area but still keep on adding illegitimate charges like CEC (common electricity charges) & AMC every month. They charge us MMC on super area but they don’t provide us maintenance for 80% area (i.e. our flat’s built up area). 20% of maintenance that we pay goes for common area maintenance. But my question is the 80% of my MMC for which I am not getting any maintenance should also go into the common area which can be used for common area’s electricity or AMC or anything else. So question of Common electricity charges doesn’t arise. Apart from this the builder and its management agency (CSK) are not providing us the bifurcation of the Monthly Maintenance we pay them. DUE TO THIS WE RESIDENTS ARE FACING MENTAL TRAUMA AND FINANCIAL LOSS. WE ARE BEING FORCED TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SAME SERVICE When we object them for the same they start blackmailing us on account of the one- sided agreement we were FORCED TO SIGN before possession. Kindly guide us how stop the atrocities of the builder otherwise we will be force to file consumer complaint against builder's dictatorship.
