Booked the flat and given advance amount but due to lockdown was not able to shift the flat and informed the same to Raman, he said no issue and after lockdown tried to contact them so many times but they didn't respond on call/ message and after some days they said we have given the flat to someone else and once asked for return amount thay are not providing.
