last bill I have received Rs-632 with bill no.[protected] which is due on dated 12/09/2014, this bill I have paid on 11/09/2014 in post office byculla at 1300 hrs with cheque no. 31049740 but in latest bill no.[protected] on dated 12/10/2014 you have charged Rs-25 as a delayed charge, this charge is unjustified with your customer my CA[protected] my BP no. [protected] pleas adjust Rs-25 in next bill thanks
