Hi,
I had not received renewal notice for registeration of my certificate . The first renewal was delayed by the council because of work at the council. 2nd time the renewal was due post 3 years instead of 5 years. There was no renewal notice send. When i came to know from friends i had immediately send it on 28th feb 2014 . I have not received my registeration yet, the council has charged penality of 2500 because of the delay. Other drs have received the certificate inspite of the dealy. Why the injustice to some.
I would like to complaint against the council for charging penality 3 times the basic amount inspite of the failure of notice to be send by the council .Kindly do the needful.
