Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak — I paid my exam fee but they didn't get the payment.

I paid my exam fee for EXAM FORM 2022 of MDSU on April 13. I made the payment through EMITRA BILL DESK. The amount was debited from my bank account. But the payment receipt shows TRANSACTION NOT DONE.
Could you please check below details and confirm? I would like to get my money back or some solution.
