Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak — Teacher not attending a single class

Hello sir/ma'am, i am writing this is the favour of my younger sister. She is studying in Government collage Bahadurgarh (women). Teacher name Mr. Lalit has not attended a single class thorough out the semester, and also not providing the proper guidance to the student that from where to study or what to prepare for. Students are not aware of there syllabus as well. Although they have made a compliant against him in the collage But there was no response their side.
I hope this complaint will not go unheard.
