Mahindra Finance — Erratic behavior of nagercoil, branch manager.

I, r. Stephen chellakan, working as vehicles-in-charge for a leading eye hospital (M/s.Bejan singh eye hospital) in nagercoil. On 14.06.2016 we have prematurely closed the loan amount as referenced above. Subsequently, we have sold our vehicle. In order to cancel the hypothecation agreement, i have approached your nagercoil branch to get noc for the past two weeks.
Today (Wednesday, 30.03.2016) after a gap of two weeks, i on behalf of our hospital approached the concerned staff, at the cash counter, she said noc has received. The same staff told me that she would inform me as soon as she receives, but she didn’t. Kindly imagine for getting a noc, how much time one has to go to the branch, every now and than. But they were demanding authorization letter. I intern told her, since i have come to your office, i can receive it with giving an undertaking or else give me a photocopy of the same, i can produce an authorization letter and collect the original noc later-on.
The matter was taken-up to the branch manager by the concerned staff. He invited me to his cabin and fired at me. The points he raised at me were as follows.

1. I don’t know who you are?
2. Why are you shouting with our lady staff?
3. Get out of my office, ask the customer to come and collect the noc or else bring the authorization letter.
4. On top it he was charging at me as if i have done something miserably wrong.

Now, the point i want to bring to the knowledge of mahindra finance is that, the customer is a well-renowned ophthalmologist, and i am working with them for the past two decades. So far, i have not come across a person of this nature.
First, the manager should not say that, i don’t know who you are, he should be well aware of all his customers. If he is disconnected with his customers how could he be a successful manager of a great institution like ‘mahindra finance’.
Secondly, with all due respect i submit i have not shouted and said anything wrong to the lady staff, instead i only requested to give the noc or copy of it in order to avoid further delays.
Thirdly, offices like mahindra finance are run for the sake of public people to come and do business, i am surprised to the listen from the manager in question asking me to get out of his office. Unless i have a genuine reason why i am going to meet him at the first place. This shows his low standard and lack of basic manners towards his fellow customers.
Fourthly, he was charging at me with his full strength. I thing this is totally unwarranted. I am sorry to say but i doubt person of his capacity is totally incompetent. This will send a wrong signal among the public about the mahindra finance and not the individual i.E., the manager in question.
Finally, we all law abiding citizens, the above situation could be well managed to his capacity, at-least by sending the original noc through registered letter, as soon as it was received in his office, if he is so particular about misusing or whatever. Instead he had chosen to pick-up a fight with the customers.
Therefore, i request the higher authorities to take a serious note of the above incident and take necessary action against the erratic behavior of the nagercoil branch manager, and kingly keep me informed.
