Mahindra Finance — Harassment By Mahindra Tractor Finance Agent

Dear Team,

This is Guru Prasad s/o Gopal, Customer ID- [protected] Contract No- 7803909. We have loan on Mahindra Finance, We were paying due amount within a month from 2 years onwards.

Actually due date is August 15th 2023, I requested to agent to give 15 days time to pay the due amount. He was not ready to given timeline rather then he spoken ## Rudely and Harassing ## If am not paying today itself he will recover the tractor from my end. This not correct way he spoken to the customer I don't know what business their doing by recovering the tractor and applying charges on recovery team. I urge to the Mahindra finance Management to take action against him otherwise I will approach rule of court.

Note: I have requested to agent give timeline 15 days time from due date today.
