Mahindra Finance — Noc issue

Sir actually I have taken loan on my car in 2013 on HR 30 M 3411 . I have completed my loan time to time in 2017 before the end date. After clearing my loan I go to mahindra finance office branch palwal to take my loan clearance certificate (NOC). I paid 1000 rs for that but they didn't give me and then corona comes and after corona when I go again they are asking for 1000 rs more to take noc. They are saying you didn't collect it on time. But I was always on time I was never they didn't give me please help me sir how much time I have to pay 1000rs to get my NOC.
