Mahindra Finance — Show wrong information on civil

Dear sir
I am Himanshu Tripathi .I had taken a auto loan on date[protected] contract no -3436495 and close loan on date 9-2-2016 and also I have recived my noc on date[protected] but still show balance in CIVIL, no buddy given any right answer in Mahindra Gorakhpur office .I am faceing problem to take any loan due to your fault.
Kindly add right information on civil .
