Mahindra Finance — Wrong commitment on rate of interest

Dear sir, i m parwez quadri taken a car loan to attach in uber.i m a driver from ur borivili branch last week.mr mayuresh told me the loan amt will be 440000 an the rate will be 17%than i told that i want at 16% he told ok and he told that emi will be 12720.i agree.because i dont know abt this calculations.than verification call came to me he told emi date emi amt and loan amt and when i again asked for rate of intereat.than the person told what manager told is the same.tod i rec sanction letter and i shown it to my friend she told that they had given me at17.10%.when i called mayuresh from mahindra finance what i can do i have not told u anything u have all this things in written.u spk with ur modi hyundai showroom person why u told yes in verification.showroom person is also not co operating infact they r misbehaving with me.they r makinf fool to the unmnouwn cuatomer..if my problem doesnt sove within 24hrs.i will directly complain consumer forum.such a redicously mahindra finanace mayuresh [protected] and modi hyundai pravin patil [protected].they r telling what u want to do.i[censored] want to vancel ur loan go to ur showroom and do it.what abt my time which i habe wasted in ur provess.pls take a quick action again both this people.i[censored] will nt take quick avtion i will stop all payments from my side till u clear all this issues..

Parwez and booked a hyundai xcent on 10sep with rs 3000 and all documents to surekha to malad west hyundai br.Mr.pravin patil was handling my finance as he is sales head.MY loan get sanction from mahindra fin borivili branch mr mayuresh manager told me rate of 17 and i refuae i told her i dont want abv 16he told yes and he gives me the emi of 12720.then i received a verication call from mahindra that this is ur loan amt, emi date and emi and when i again asked for the rate than the person told me apke manager ne jo rate apko bataya hoga wohi hai.than i thought it will be 16.but when i received sanction letter everything was mentioned but no rate were mentioned.than i chk on google and i came to know that rate is 17.10.so i called sales person of modi hyundai he told me apke paas return mein hai ki humne apko 16kaha tha.i called mahindra person he told me spk hyundai person i m not the concerned person.than at last i complained in hyundai complaint board, mahindra complaint board, and consumer court online complaint and i told i will stop the ecs.they told jo karna hai karlo.pravin patil ji kehte hai humne apko likhit mein 16nahi diya toh main puchti hoon lya maine apko kahi bhi 17ke rate ke agrement par sign kiya hai.jab maine complain lodge ki toh unka phone aya ki mujhse milna hai.mahindra wale ne kaha ki hamare calculation se 16hi hota hai kyuki isme modi hyundai ka comission bhi aata hai.iska mahindra wale ne kaha ki agar aap directly humse lete toh apko exact16 ka emi aat.jabki hyudai kehta hai ki free of cost finance karte.ptavin patil kehte hai ki mujhe apki delivery stop karni hogi meri delivery date hai7oct 2016.bank wale kehte hai ki humme paisa return chahiye kyunki client stop payment ko keh rahe hai.mujhe hyundai se yeh puchna hai ki kya aap clients ko isi tarah se bewakoof banakar paise kamate ho.mera jo 12000ka difference aa raha hai wih kaun pay karega.sales manager of hyundai is telling mdri galti nahi hai aur mahindra person is telling meri galti nahi hai.toh aap bataye kya galti hamari hai ki humne aap ke upar trust kiya.aapke brand ke upar trust kiya.is this your working patern if my query doesnt solve in an hour.i will direcly complaint in consumee cout forum.and i will not only cancel my loan but also my booking i want my full booking amt ret for cheating a client in a wrong way.Mr pravin patil ji kehte hai mere paas complain ayefi toh mujhe pata hai mujhe kya answer dena hai complaint board ko.is this a way of speaking pls take a strict action or else i have to take a major action on modi hyundai.pos dont take lightly because same complain i m going to lodge in consumer cout DOnt worry..thank u..parwez quadri[protected].pravin patil(sales head)[protected].mayuresh(maahindra finance manager)[protected]..Ihv complain in NATIONAL CONSUMER COMPLAINT OF JAGO GRAHAK JAGO WITH REFERENCE NO OF 41739.I[censored] dont take an action quickly and resove my problem.u will be in big trouble..so i request MODI HYUNDAI and MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVIVES LTD to clear my problem as soon as possible.Or else NATIONAL CONSUMER COURT FORUM WILL SPK WITH U AND U HAVE TO ANSWER THEM.NATIONAL CONSUMER told me to give u this in written and if dont take any action than they told after 24hours they will take an action on behalf of me..

So i request u to do the needful as early as possible.

Pls dont take this lightly because u never know what a common man or the power of common man..
