[Resolved]  Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — fraud and harassed case

He confirmed me that there is warranty for year and 2 service free. Hence seeing mahindra first choice device and name i bought car. But now team is saying manager lied you we don't give such kind of service and warranty. Then why was confirmed me. I simply believed on mahindra first choice and he too told mahindra first choice is a company who don't do grade with customers. Customer satisfaction is motive. This a issue i raised on portal no action has been taken. Then igot acall from area manager bangalore who was initially told he will definitely sort this issue. He told he will send engineer and verify the car but till now no one came. Another issue almost 7 month completed i did not get rc. Amrutahalli bangalore branch team continuous lied and still they did not provided rc for car.. Now they are becoming very rude when i m asking them about rc. Is this the mahindra first choice running company. How do we believe. After that manjunath a guy from amrutahalli mahidra first choice branch he is raised his voice on me and told don't call and contact here after about rc. Incompletely helpless. I have not been provided senior number after asking so many times. Nor accident issue resolved not rc issue.

Let me know you can help or not. Will b going to file leagal case because i lost my patience now and insurance too expired. Can't run car on road. I have recording also how manjunath was taking rude.
