Hi, i own a mahindra mojo (Since 31/3/'17)
I have changed 4 rear shock absorbers i'm this period. The last two in a matter of 3 days, under extended warranty scheme. I was asked to sign a document saying that the mahindra service has not charged me money for my extended warranty, but in truth i was charged a bill of 4300₹ i have the bill with me. I was told this is procedure. I was told that the money i paid would be refunded. If this was the case, why make me sign a document saying that i did not pay any money to the service centre. It's been about a month now and no money has been sent to me or my account. Strangely my bank details was not even asked when the extended warranty booklet was asked for. I'm told this is mahindra method of extended warranty. I didn't know what to believe. I'm not complaining about the shock absorbers, (It's a machine and things happen) but the manner in which the extended warranty claim is being processed is very shady. Please look in to it.
