My complaint is regarding a hospital name majestic, bapu nagar, langar houz, hyderabad, telangana 500008.
â â â â â&...⇄ dr. Zainab us the gynaecologist at this hospital. I was one of her patient. 2 yrs back i was under her treatment for my pregnancy... She did my delivery. After 2 yrs when i planned my second child i again went to her... As i though she is d best doc i can get fr me..
I was staying in bangalore but fr check up i use to come to hyd. During my 7th mnth i was not able to travel so i simply use to get connected on phone through my mom...in 8th mnth i finally came back ti hyd n started consulting dr. Zainab every week as said by her. After a mnth as per her i was running wth 37 weeks... She gave me a date of 20 oct fr my nxt visit, whn i was in my 9th mnth 2nd week. But before dt i started getting labour pains on 13 oct. Before going to hospital we called n confirmed if d doctor us available... I was asked dt d dic is in d meeting n will take time... I was ok with it.â we rushed to the hospital, to our surprise der was no doc available to check me... After waiting for half n hour a male duty doctor came... He was not a gyno, n was on phone later he asked d nurse to check if iam bleeding r my water broke. But i was so lucky dt nthg such have happened... Later again after waiting fr an hour we have been said dt d doctor is out of town wth some family issues, but d truth was she was holidaying wth her family... This truth came out when i heard d conversation of other hospital doctors who was in touch wth her. N later they gave us other hospital details n asked us to go der... It was 11 in night. Again before reaching the tumbauâ new life hospital i called d reception n asked if d doc is available but again der also der was no doctor. We have been said by the majestic hospital people that dr. Zainab have spoken to d other doc der who vk take my case in her hands... When we went to that hospital we were said that dy dint got any call n dy cant take d patient in emergency... So we went to other hospitals near by my home... Der was no dic to tke my case on hand... 1 doctor was redy to tke my case but she straight forward told us that she vl not try for d normal delivery as m not her regular patient... Later we went to another hospital der also dy were not taking me... Later on recommendation n after pleasing dm a lot dy took me n told dy'll do d operation as dy don't get much in normal delivery... So finally after roaming for days wth d labour pains i delivered a baby boy.
All ds problems started bcoz of dt # dr. Zainab. She kept my life in danger... I jst wanted to say be aware of such kind of doctors... Dy r d traitors... Was this information helpful? |
