Majestro Civil Tech Private Limited — Non refunding of money

One day I received a call from Mr. Prashant, executive of Majestro civil tech pvt limited regarding purchase of plot. He tried to convinced me to purchase a plot but i told him about my incapability to do so. But he told in case of any issues company will refund the booking amount so I had given a token money of Rs 20000/- for booking of plot on 29/10/2021.
After few days i requested Prashant to cancel my booking due to family member medical condition and told that i am not in situation to purchase a lot. He assured me that it will be done in 3-4 days, but after that period he stopped receiving my calls.
So i contacted with Miss. Ayushi, company's tele caller, she told that amount will be refunded soon.
I had submitted the cancellation form in November But after waiting for month when no response received, I had contacted Mr. Manish, company's executive he told me that it's company policy to refund the amount in 90 days. And after waiting for 90 days when I contacted Mr. Manish and Miss Ayushi, no proper response is received from them and always telling that it will be refunded within week. But it's more than 3month after there waiting period and they are not ready to refund the money.
Please look into the matter and do needful.
