We have planned a Goa trip from Bangalore, and found this company in website We have paid the 50% of Package money on 30th of Sep 2016. (26729 Rs and advance paid 14 000 RS ) prior to the travel, but no hotel and trip confirmation from company till the last date, hence the trip has been cancelled and mutually agreed.and company agreed to pay back the advance. after some reduction (10528) and asked 45 days time. after 45 days, they requested time till 1st week of January due to demonetisation. till now no response. after so many followups and reminders, we are helpless.

I think company 'Make My Global Trip' is not bed...when small company want to progress in market and connect 735 customers then 1-2 customers are angry type who don't want that any company would progress in market.
It's not good way that for Rs. 10, 000/- any person blames a company.

In complaints seen refund date It's means company is working on refund process.
may be some issue so please confirm with company and solve your problem.

They have promised to pay the refund with in 45 days, that is around mid of nov 2016, then came with the reason as demonetisation and asked time till 7th January 2017. ( tell me what is the effect of Demonetisation on online transfer ). after that no response, every day we call 3 to 4 times and explain the history. it really painful to explain everything everyday, there is no single point of contact. later they started avoiding our calls, we have no options then complain.

Hello, I have recently faced same issue with this company. They forced us to make 100% payment where as no proper arrangements were made.. please do let me know if you have got it issue resolved..
