[Resolved] Make My Trip — Complaint regarding e-tickets and hotel vouchers | |||||
A highly disappointing experience with make my trip. The worst ever!!! Despite making the full payment in advance, i’m waiting for my tickets and vouchers. I’m bound to travel on the 5th, i. E. Day after and there are no signs of my flight tickets. How am i supposed to travel??? Ms sandeep kaur, a twit wit from their team has conveniently gone on leave, without handing over the responsibility to anyone leaving it all to destiny. She doesn’t seem to have even an iota of professionalism in her, else she should have responded to my mails or would have answered my phone calls. The company needs to get rid of such employees if it has to maintain its goodwill, else god be with them. Anyway, the reputation of the company doesn’t matter to me anymore as i’m not going to plan any of my holidays with make my trip after such a horrible experience. I have called the toll free number at least five times and got the pseudo assurance that i shall be getting my tickets and vouchers in an hour, after every conversation i did, but that hour has not come since then. It's a lot of mental harassment to not get the tickets and vouchers even two days before the date of travel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
