Make My Trip — Fraud (on online hotel booking) | |
I had made a booking online on makemytrip.com for one night stay at Venetian hotel. I had booked for a plan that included breakfast.
However when i arrived at the hotel, was told that breakfast is not included, hotel even showed me the mail from 3rd party vendor (working with makemytrip) that the booking does not include breakfast.
This is a clear case of gross negligence and fraud from makemytrip. Was this information helpful? | |

My issue with makemytrip is still not resolved. Clearly makemytrip has no problem commiting fraud while extracting money out of others.
