I had booked a flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai and back on the 10th of January, 2015 ( booking id NF[protected]. When I proceeded to make an online payment, the amount got deducted twice. I have been following since to get back my refund but i am always asked for an extension of time. It has been more than 2 months already and there is no sign of the refund.
