Make My Trip — refund not made after 15 days | |||
Dear sir, I had made payment of rs 1200/- for booking of hotel at Delhi. Booking id :in1405b8s097107 Name :nisha vaishnaw Date :16/05/2014 We had enquired with our bank and bill desk and they Confirmed that the amount has been deducted twice. When i contacted make- my- trip on 5 th june they thoroughly checked and And told me that the money is lying with the accounts deptt and would get my refund within 96 hrs. Now, 12 days have passed but i have not received my refund. I again contact on 19th june and again received same reply from make my trip. Kindly inform is there any provision to get penalty for delay in refund. This has been my worst experience. Kindly try to make refund of rs. 1200/ + penalty at the earliest.
