Dear make my trip. i still have not got my refund How unfair is this to a cuStomer like me. i got my tickets booked.. i was there with all my family members on time and then air india cancelled the flights to pant nagar uttrakhund. Why are you acting like cheapskates and not refunding my money!!! This is the heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. A big reputed company like you. How good is your database.Please tell me...Or rather how bad is it, that u can not go back and check the records of 30th jan 2015.. the day the delhi -pantnagar air india flight got cancelled. How difficult is it? Iam sitting in Ghana and I am BLOODY fed up of following up for these 20 to 25000 rs THAT YOU AS A COMPANY OWE ME. Stop cheating your customers and pay back my money...
