[Resolved] Make My Trip — ticket has been canceled a day before departure & amount not yet refunded | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Subjected above is the issue created by Make My Trip. I have made booking for mentioned trip costing INR 1, 19, 375 through Make My Trip which has been cancelled by them when I contacted with Ms Shikha Tyagi (Executive - Outbound Operations) a day before departure of flight from New Delhi. They have given excuses like they were unable to contact me for Visa when my mail was active and right after that we tried mailing each other & was able to receive & send messages in corresponding mail boxes, Resulted into cancellation of my trip. As it is clear that negligence is from Make My Trip, they have back charged me cancellation charges for the trip amounting INR 20, 000 on 08.11.2013 & rest of balance amount has not been refunded yet after reminding them plenty times.
