Recently, I Manish Prakash booked a Family Suite booking ID NL[protected] at Maaty Resort By The Lake Hill, Nainital through MakeMyTrip for 16th & 17th May for my family trip. However, after reaching the property, I was shocked to know that the hotel did not even have the Family Suite room which was confirmed in my booking.
Instead, we were asked to adjust in unsuitable rooms despite travelling with family. The overall situation, hotel condition and handling were extremely disappointing, due to which we could not stay at the property even for a single minute and had to leave immediately.
I raised the complaint instantly with MakeMyTrip expecting customer support and a fair resolution. Unfortunately, since then, I am only being told to “wait 24 hrs” and “wait 48 hrs” repeatedly without any proper action or refund clarity.
This is not the kind of experience customers expect after trusting reputed travel platforms with family travel plans and hard-earned money. Requesting immediate resolution and accountability in this matter. Was this information helpful? |
