Make My Trip — Very Poor service and not provided service as per promised in their agreed terms rules and condition.

We booked our travel with makemytrip.com for Uttarakhand package on Puja holidays from kolkata.In their program chart, it was mentioned that all hotels and resorts are 3start property but actually some are unfinished guest houses and some are just like house properties.Driver provided was rush driver and car was not clean any day and driver was uncleaned and had bad smelling. The food offered at accomodation are highly priced which is not matching with services of hotels, even we have to wait for an hour for hot water in buckets as no gyser or heater was there in those accomodation.Even after mentioning we are non veg, still they provided veg foods and complementary was wrost ever just tea and dahi paratha, unclean bedsheet and poor toilets are very much experienced in all travel stoppages, driver was not at all friendly and created a lots of quarrels with us when we asked to slow speed cab in express high ways.They mentioned about welcome drink, hot water 24X7 which was absent in all location.When we are calling them, they dont respond, cut our calls and sms and whatsapp us, they we are busy, I am primary accusing Richa Chirania travel expert and his manager Rohit Our bookin id IN1505B1S269434 CRM id[protected]

Even the company make my trip has given different travel chart to driver and driver is not willing to following our travel charts for sightseeing and also he is not willing to go by our travel time.

Driver eitenery was not matching with our eitenery given by richa your holiday expert.

Driver was unknown to uttarkhand and was asking roads and routes to everyone on the street even school kids.

He said us to drop of with our luggage and your fellow hotel will pickup.

Further in future we shall not go with make my trip and will ask fellow travellers not to go with make my trip..we will publish all this in all social media and leading newspapers with the travel vendor name and also the holiday expert name...we will also give photographs of the so called poor 3 star hotels and will also specify that you refused to honor our complaints...during making payments we use to get so many calls from holiday expert...but when we were stuck in distant mountains the holiday expert didnt received any calls with the excuse of sickness and refused to help us...our day were lost with no cooperation from make my trip...tthe most amazing part that the eitenery which we got in mail and which the driver had was different...the driver also asked money from us as he had no money with him...iis this the kind of service you and your organisation provide to customers after taking full payment?
In almora the driver asked us to drop midway in the distant mountain and asked to contact hotel...is this the kind of service make my trip promised?
We have all photographs of the poor hotels and foods you provided which we will submit in social media and all leading newspapers...after taking full payments with lots of promises and after spoiling the entire tour its easy to give allegations...bbut imagine being a customer when you are stuck in distant mountain and you driver had different eiterny and there is no one to help and you entire day is lost then how do you feel as a customer? How do you feel as a customer when most of the spots is not covered and you face with rash driving in the express highway? Dont you feel cheated? Its our hard earned own money which we have payed...so after making full psyments this is the service you provide? And even after complaining you dare to say that you cant honor us? is this so called make my trip? We will publish in social media and all leading newspapers with all photographs of poor hotels and services and food type...

During the travel from Almora : At the time of return due to No-Entry after 5 PM, the cab driver faced trouble to reach the hotel as he tried to reach there three times but he was not able to succeed due to road barricaded by the local police and at that time Cab driver was being harassed by the Guest and also Mr. Gautam from ( Chaudahry Tours & Travels) faced such kind of behaviour.
Hence now we will not be able to Honour your case as same has been declined by our other vendors too. Please treat this post as a final response on your concern from our side.

It doesnot matters to me whether this is your final response or not...also only this kind of reply is expected from make my trip..such a rubbish organisation who makes business for only profit and gives poor quality hotel, food and services to customers with no committment...what about different travel plan which I got in mail and why the driver got different travel plans? And what about the poor hotels and food provided? And also the driver has no knowledge o[censored]ttarakhand and was asking even school kids about the roads ...he and his travel company choudhury travels was asking money from me? Why? Am I supposed to give money to the drivers? And why the driver has no knowledge of the road and so if we stuck in traffic we have to make our own arrangenenrs? Wow what a one sided reply you gave with no apology from your side...such an irresponsible company who treats their customers with no importance...I will surely broadcast this is social media, all leading newspapers and all leading news channels with all photographs of poor hotels and with the name of Richa Chirinia and the travel vendor name chowdhury travels and will also broadcast your irresponsible replies...after taking full money from customers and after providing such a poor service how dare you blame on customers? I have all proof of your poor service and what oroof you have of my misbehaving? Only words of mouth? And with no apology how dare you blame on customers after taking full payment? How dare you gave an one sided reply? So thus its proved that make my trip is a nonsense profit making company who doesnt take care of customer grievance s and complaints but only takes money and gives poor services in return and also openly says that they are unable to honour a customer complaint because they have actually intentionally spoiled the entire trip...
