Hi, I was trying to book a flight to Singapore from Mumbai on 10th Dec 14. I clicked make payment and guess what the page was stuck. I immediately called the customer care and they asked me to refresh and book again, which i did. To my surprise two tickets were issues on same name. I called them immediately and they told me someone will get back to me. Guess what, no one did. I called then an raised a ticket. Its been 45 hours of no reply associated with call disconnection's. Every time i call them they disconnect my call. They have very worst setup of communication between different teams...always keep putting you on hold when you try to call customer service. Now the airlines say, due to duplicate booking, tickets will be canceled. Still now make my trip CS has not been contacting me.
