On next day I booked tickets by paying them. It was not any kind of rescheduling. The amount I am asking you to refund is of 25th of august.

At an outset we regret for the inconvenience this may have caused.
We have validated your case with our concerned team and the Airline to get to the root cause of the problem. We have found that your flight was supposed to depart on 25-Aug-14 and cancellation was done online on the very same day. Please also note that passenger did not select direct cancellation option, he has selected special claim options and category selected by passenger to claim refund on the booking was " Ticket Directly cancelled with Airline ". If this category is selected by the passenger, this in itself means that he has cancelled his booking with the Airline directly and now as soon as they process refund to the travel agency, they will refund it to the passenger. On 26-Aug-14, we checked with the Airline and we were informed that passenger is no show on the flights and ticket was never cancelled. In case of no show tickets are non refundable.
