[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Booked ticket 2 months ago, now says cancelled. | |||
Hi, I have booked my ticket Pune -Kolkata return through makemytrip.com (ref id: NF[protected]. Now, two days before the journey, the airline (Indigo) they say that my onward journey is cancelled by makemytrip.com. Customer care of makemytrip.com is non responsive. Please help. it can be miss management from makemytrip only, coz booking is done by them, airline had nothing to do with it if tickets were booked then why your ticket is cancelled, check ur PNR no. in indigo website, or call up customer care indigo regarding the ticket.indigo is a good airline and one of the most successful airlines presently just because they are best in customer care and service is best from there part, i understand your problem, because if you book ur ticket not it would be double or triple during the short period
