MakeMyTrip.com — booking date does not match airline ticket | |||
Hi, i have been contacting makemytrip for the past 2 weeks with no avail. the ticket booked by makemytrip and the ticket booked by the airlines are not the same. i have been following up continuously to get the error resolved but the response form your end has been shameful. i booked a ticket for 25th august 2015 and due to some back end error on your part the airline has issued a ticket for 25th of june 2015. my booking id is NN[protected]. pls reissue another ticket for the correct date or arrange for a full refund.
