My complaint ID/ reference id with the company is [[protected]]. The company had promised that hotels checkin date can be changed by paying some additional charges but afterwords declined to process the same resulting in a loss of Rs. 2200.

Further in regards to your complaint, please note that we have checked found that only a generic statement which has been mentioned under inclusion stating a service fee for INR 250/- will be charged by make my trip incase of change in Hotel dates which doesn’t specifies that changes are allowed on your booking.
Also if you could check General Hotel Policy where we have mentioned that changes would be possible depending on the Hotel Discretion which we advised you after cross checking with them that it is not possible on your booking. Hence apologize as we will not be able to Hon our your case further.
