US1312B3S002584 Booking ID. I have made atleast 20 calls over the past 6 days to have my flight re booked to an earlier date. All I get is excuses, and the same reassurances about a mythical 'call back'. Having used your service multiple times in the past, I can assure you that this will be the last time me, my family or any of my friends ever do.
