[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Non payment of Refund Amount | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I regret to say that I have never expected this kind of customer service from MakeMyTrip. Initially, MakeMyTrip has refused to pay the refund saying that you have not received any amount from airline. Following which I have sent you an attachment (as a proof for said refund) produced by airline confirming that you have already received the refund amount which you have denied at first place. After that, you have accepted that the refund is still under process and asked for sufficient time to process my request. Now, already a month has been passed and till date I have not received my refund amount.
