It was indeed a memorable trip. As every trip has some highlights & lowlights; even we had a few. Lets start with the highlights first: 1. Presence of MMT person at airport for receiving Luxury tours is very professional company and it was good selection from MMT. 2. Timely pickup and drop locations 3. Good hotels Now the lowlights: 1. Itinerary was received only a day prior to the travel date; with almost no scope to check and suggest any changes. MMT could have easily shared us the itinerary atleast 8 to 10 days in advance 2. Reason given in delayed vouchers was Chinese New Year. If this was the reason; MMT should have asked us to make all the balance payments 15 days in advance ; to have a hassle free trip (No such information was given to us) 3. Inspite of pointing out the error in hotel voucher; same was not rectified. This ultimately resulted in lot of confusion; waste of time, mental stress at Singapore during check in at Swissotel on 22 Feb. We lost half a day due to this. Again the due importance was not given for details of the itinerary. 4. Sea Aquarium at Sentosa is Asia one of the largest; but to our surprise we were given only one hour to see this world famous aquarium. How does MMT expect us to cover such an aquarium with kids in one hour’s time. Again here; we had asked to start the tour little early (tour start time was 1.30 pm); we were told this was the standard time. We being a group of 7 people+2 infants; special drop in smaller SIC at sentosa could have been easily possible. 5. No communication was done by MMT people to reschedule our Half day City tour; which ultimately never happen (We seek full refund for the same; please process). 6. MMT being our tour planner; should have informed on basic Do’s and Don’t’s in Singapore- for e.g. hotels close by 10 pm in Singapore. If MMT tours are getting over by 10 pm; with no breaks for dinner- how and where are we expected to have dinner with kids when half the Singapore is closed (Both Night Safari & Twilights were over by 9.30 ~10 pm) 7.
