This is in reference to your complaint on Consumercomplaint.in and as per our discussion, please be advise that we have checked the details at our end and found that at the time of cancellation of booking on our website you have selected refund to Wallet account. And Inr 15753/- has been credited in your wallet account on the same day of transaction. Now, as advised you that as the e-mail id entered at the time of booking is also incorrect the wallet account would get associated with the mentioned id only. So, please create a new account on Gmail with incorrect id then login in My Itinerary section on our website. You can also transfer your wallet account into your Bank account by selecting withdraw Money button.y.
