[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — REFUND OF CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT - NF[protected] | |
The flights to and fro were cancelled by SPICE JET as per the phone call by SPICE JET personnel on 2nd December 2014 are :
(1) MUMBAI - KOLKATA on 3rd December 2014 by SG -895 at 7:55 hours PNR -P7JQKZ and E-Ticket - P7JQKZ
(2) KOLKATA - MUMBAI on 10th December 2014 by SG-819 at 19:15 hours PNR - P7JQKZ and E-Ticket - P7JQKZ
I have made the bookings thru Make my trip and do not see any refund.
Please do let me know ASAP what is the problem and why so much time taken on this. I am filing a similar complaint with SPICE JET as well.
