MakeMyTrip.com — Refund of Rs. 732.00 has not been done even after four months. | |||
Hello, I am really very disappointed with MakeMyTrip.com. After my cancellation of my ticket(Booking ID: NF[protected] just because of the Delay of Flight. As per the rules, I must get the full refund of Rs. 16, 170/--. But, I have got only Rs. 15438. So, I have still not got the difference in amount of Rs. 732/--. For this concern, I have so many tickets/complaints (Complaint No.:[protected] raised on 8-JAN-2015 unresolved, Complaint No.[protected] raied on 14-APRIL-2015 unresolved yet) but there is no response yet even after a long period of FOUR MONTHS. When I tried to call at the customer care center on 14-APRIL-2015, the guys whoever has picked up the call has ABRUPTLY disconnected my call which is really UNACCEPTABLE. So, now I would like to claim my money as well as the TIME that has been wasted by MakeMyTrip.com. So, I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
