[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Regarding my Ticket cancellation

I have booked the Ticket on 19.05.2015 through my credit card.
After this i would like to cancell the ticket booking from 25.05.215 But you have not accept to take my request for my ticket cancellation. I got shocked to hear this. After this your customer care officer told me if you cancelled the ticket also you will not get any refund. This is very irritating answer.
This is my first experience with your website.
