I’m really disappointed about your service, Even though I was expecting & requesting you to provide an accurate information you have mislead me by quoting a wrong fare, I have very clary asked whether you are quoting on Sri Lankan rupees, Can you remember what you said, you confirmed that you are quoting Srilankan rupees. I still remember the way I requested, I told you to quote only in Sri Lankan rupees where I mentioned that we would prefer to have something around 35, 00 Sri Lankan rupees. (please check your call recording) it’s very wrong to mentioned a wrong figure,
When we noticed the reservation we were shocked to see that you have quoted in your currency where we covert in to Sri Lankan currency it is almost double the price, therefore we wanted to cancel our reservation thinking that there was a miscommunication, when it comes for cancellation you did the second mistake by charging a huge amount of 3770 Indian rupees per ticket.
It is not reasonable at all, your cancelation procedure you never educate me either it’s not clear in your site, how are you charging a such a big amount as It’s on the same day transaction. (reservation & cancelation completed within few hours) it’s not nice to cheat people & penalize customer.
And as a customer service officer of a reputed organization I never expect these type of poor service from your end, even after sending several messages you never come back to me until today.
