[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Complaint against makemytrip.com, not given refund of cancelled flights | |||||
I had made the booking of Round trip Domestic Flights CCU-PBX (1st Feb) & PBX - CCU (7th Feb) on 03/10/2015 from make my trip. On 12/10/2015 I had made the cancellation of my outbound Flight CCU-PBX (1st Feb). As per mail communication from makemytrip I would get my refund of Rs 10820/- only after I have availed my inbound trip PBX - CCU (7th Feb) since there was a single PNR no associated with the round trip. On 07/02/2016 I received an automated mail from Make my trip that your refund is under processing and with in 2 /4 working days your refund will be credited in your account. Its more than 3 weeks since the mail I have received. I had called them multiple times but they are giving different excuses every time and all they do is tell me that I need to wait 5 days then 2 days then 1 day. They even refuse to give me a ARN number so that I can check with the bank neither they provided me a mail that whether its been initiated or not from makemytrip.
