[Resolved] MakeMyTrip — Hotel booking showed "free cancellation" but booking voucher states "non refundable" | |||||
This is regarding following booking ids: Nh[protected] Nh[protected] Nh[protected] These 3 hotel bookings were done through makemytrip (Mmt) app and at the time of booking the hotel was shown as free cancellation, however, when we received the booking voucher it shows as "non refundable". After the first booking was done, i had called mmt to tell them about the issue and check whether i could proceed to book the hotel for other 2 days as well. I was told to take screenshots of the same and if the problem is from mmt then it will surely be take care of. The same problem happened for the next 2 bookings as well. Its been 4 days since i have shared the booking details and the screenshots (Couple of them attached here as well) with them but i have not got any resolution yet. The reference id of the complaint is[protected]. Everytime i call i have to explain the entire issue from the beginning and when i ask for a supervisor they are always busy on other calls and am promised that the supervisor will call back (Which never happens). Please escalate this issue to the correct team at mmt and ensure a speedy resolution. P. S. - after being a regular customer at mmt, its a disappointment to face such issues. Sep 3, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally I have an email from Makemytrip wherein they will allow me to cancel the booking as per the original dates seen at the time of booking. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
