I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with MakeMyTrip regarding a recent incident involving the 3x refund promise. I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention and express my concerns regarding what appears to be a scam.
On 18/05/23, I booked a train ticket through the MakeMyTrip platform. During the booking process, it was mentioned that if my train ticket was not successfully booked, I would be eligible for a 3x refund. However, upon experiencing an issue, I found that the promised refund was not provided, despite adhering to the terms and conditions.
I was provided with a 3000 RS Voucher but it is not working. I paid 500 extra for the trip guarantee service which too got deducted. This is a clear scam.
I have made several attempts to contact your customer care representatives to resolve this matter and obtain the refund as promised. Still, regrettably, my concerns have been met with inadequate responses or evasive tactics. Was this information helpful? |
