I s satish booked a ticket in morning star travels from Hyderabad to Nellore on 21/5/22 to travel on 22/5/22 in ac sleeper, at the time of booking it is ac but invoice is non ac sleeper ticket, immediately i want to modify the ticket, i proceed to change, that is before 24hrs is refund but refund show 0(zero), immediately i call to travel contact number it is switched off.
Why should you choose such a travels to us and cheating the customer
I am requesting to refund my amount
