Frauds and Mistakes committed by MMT:
1. Charging 3 times on the credit card which should have been just once.
2. Two extra transactions done by MMT without any permission from the customer or without OTP.
3. Did not inform the customer about these two extra transactions and choose to remain silent.
4. Security breach and misuse of credit card details.
5. Trust breach - There was no effort from MMT to even identify and resolve the issue. The customer had to find out everything by himself.
6. Causing grief to the customer, penalty was charged from the credit card company for MMT's mistake. Faced traumatic situation, due to poor response from customer care.
