I had booked a return flight for two passengers on 3rd December for 15th Jan of Bangalore to Kolkata and return on 29th January 2024.
On the 11th of Dec I had called MMT to change date of my fellow passenger Aritri Dhar from 15th Jan to 18th Dec 2023. While making the change MMT allegedly cancelled the return flight of the passenger and till date they are saying they are not able to validate who cancelled the booking. I would like to confirm that indigo airlines, the airlines with whom the flight was booked has already mailed me with confirmation saying it’s an agency cancelled booking, that is, cancelled by MMT. PNR for the same is VRMRQC.
On the 1st of Jan again, Indigo airlines by mistake had cancelled my flight from bangalore to kolkata for 15th Jan . Passenger name - Avaratanu Rakshit. Indigo immediately had refunded the amount to mmt but till date I haven’t received the amount. PNR for the same is M4NQVE.
I would like to complain against MMT so that strict action is taken for their delay and lack of professionalism to refund the amount to customer. Also since I had to make the booking once again it costed me more than what the flight ticket costed me initially hence I would want MMT to compensate for the same.
Currently Shivam Kumar, a supervisor at MMT is handling my case. But I am not getting proper support and would want strict actions to be taken.
