[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — complaint against hotel the twin tower - booking id -nh[protected] | |
Hi, I have booked hotel in shimla. Check in date is 29 Sep 18 and Check Out date is 2 Oct 18, Total Amount paid to hotel is 17886. But 28 early morning some my close relative is unexpected death.Incase I will call to makemytrip and spoke to MMT person . I request to change my dates and MMT Person change my dates . but i have planned 1 month early so i will decided to that i go to shimla same dates (e.g. 29 Sep 18) again i will call MMT and change my dates again. But in afternoon, before death ceremony my cousin brother health is very critical and he is hospitalized urgently and doctor said he is critical suitation. then decided i will not come tomoorow morning . then i will call to MMT customer care and share my genuine problem but he/she not supporting and said i wil try but no response. and MMT executive said to call, your dates change is possble but you have extra payment paid to MMT Approx 12400 . i have already paid to MMT 17886 . But i am a middle class family . 4 star hotel for 3 days is 10, 000 Per Day not possible for me. 29 Sep 18 morning hotel call to me and said which time you reached shimla and i informed to hotel my problems then hotel member AMIT said i try to change the dates. i will call to amit at 1 PM at 29 Sep 18 and he said i will try, same i will again call 8 PM then Amit shif is OFF . again i will call to amit at 30 Sep 18 and amit said you call to Owner mobile no- [protected] . call to owner but owner is so mannerless he said call to MMT. MMT saidcall to hotel and Hotel said call to MMT. So i have followed their instruction and waste my whole day . Finally i decided to go to shimla on dated 30-Sep-2018, but when i informed to MMTl they clearly denied to provide the room which i have already booked thru MMT and paid complete amount.After that when i called to hotle but they did not picked my call. Hotel and MMT GUNDAGARDI is now ON. so don't use Makemytrip or not booked hotel in Shimla Kufri (Hotel The Twin Towers). Regards Harmeet Singh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
