[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Delayed refund

I booked a room almost 3 months back and the amount was credited twice from my account. After several mails they realised that it was the company's fault and I got a mail that my amount will be refunded soon. Soon never came. As I said it's been almost 3 months. I've mailed them enormous times but no reply came. My booking ID is NH[protected]
This kind of behavior is totally disappointing from a brand like MMT. People have to think twice before making a payment I suppose.

In reference to your complaint and as per our discussion, please be advised that we have validated your case with our finance team and according to them, the amount was charged only once for Inr 1255/- and the other transaction was declined by the bank itself. Request you to please contact your bank and show them this e-mail as a final confirmation from our end. If they still confirm that this amount has been charged by MakeMyTrip then please raise a CHARGEBACK dispute with them. They will then contact directly to our finance team on your behalf for the same.
