[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Fraud booking

Today I booked a hotel in Nasik and the hotel name is Seven Heaven through makemytrip app. The images which they showed and the amenities which they have mentioned on the app is all fraud. They have mentioned minibar, dvd player, safe locker, wifi, which they are not providing in the room which I have booked after my complaint they have upgraded the system and they have removed all the things from there website. I had a word with Anish in makemytrip he said all the amenities will be on chargeable basis, he said you can do anything you want to do we won't be able to provide all the things. Charges for 1 room which I have paid is Rs.3363 per night wherein I am getting turned quilt, flies in the room. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
