[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — jet airways flight ticket not refund not processed

I booked a couple of Jet Airways flight ticket in March.
As jet stopped operation in April. I was informed that My flight ticket was canceled.
It has been more than 2 months now but I have not received the ticket refund which is around 60, 000. Whenever I reach make my trip they tell the status is in process. They are telling the same from last 2 months. Jet airways SLA for refund was 45 days it has been more than 60 days for my ticket refunds. which should have been refunded by them. I asked them for the escalation mails or the communication they have sent to jet airways regarding my booking to which also they have not provided the details.
