[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — MakeMyTrip screwed up our vacation | |||||
This is plain ridiculous! The representative hung up the phone on me, and closed this ticket without it getting resolved. You guys suck!! Please escalate this matter urgently, and have someone senior (and responsible person) contact us for booking ID : NH[protected]. We just came back from Venetian, Macau hotel where the hotel did not receive any booking confirmation from MakeMyTrip, and we had to make another booking at Venetian then and there again. I've paid twice for that 1 room, and none from MakeMyTrip is making any effort to resolve this issue. This is worst level of service one can ever receive. Pathetic!!! Resolve this ASAP (if you understand this). Communicate with me, and give me the hotel confirmation number Venetian gave you. Numer of times Customer has tried:8.
